To help you keep your family and friends informed on event details and Remember Page contributions, Remember Page notifications will be enabled for you and any other individual who has signed up to contribute to your loved one's Remember Page.
If you'd like to update or manage your notification preferences for your loved one's Remember Page, please follow our step-by-step guide below:
Navigate to Your Loved One's Remember Page
First, navigate to your loved one's Remember Page. If you are not already logged in, click on 'Admin Login' at the top right. Then, enter your login credentials to log in.
Important: If you forget your password for your unique login, you can reset it or update your login details by clicking 'Forgot Password'.
Click on Your Profile Icon and Select 'My Settings'
Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click on 'My Settings'. This will allow you to customize your specific account settings.
Click on The 'My Loved Ones' Tab to Update Preferences
Next, select the tab at the top of the window that reads 'My Loved Ones'. You should see a section that overviews your existing communication preferences.
To enable email or text notifications, simply check the box next to each type of notification. To disable notifications, ensure that each relevant box is not checked.
Once you are finished updating your Remember Page notification preferences, be sure to click on 'Save'.
Important: you will also have the ability to opt out of email or text notifications for your loved one's Remember Page directly from a text or email notification.
