🔒 Security is important. Each person who logs in will need to create a password. This article will help you reset or change your password.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, you will need to navigate to the following link: https://my.gather.app/login/forgot-password
NOTE: If you are already logged into Gather, you will first need to log out of your account by following these instructions:
Click the circular icon picture in the top-right of Gather
Click the "My Settings" on the top-left of the mega menu calendar popper
Click the "Log out on this device" button
Next, enter the email or mobile number you used when you first created your account on Gather and you will see the following confirmation message:
You will then receive the following email:
From: Funeral Home Support
Subject Line: Password Reset Instructions for <your name>
You will be taken to the following screen where you can select a new password:
Once you enter your new password, you will be automatically logged in.
IMPORTANT: You will only be able to reset your password if you've already created a secure account on Gather. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
