π Gather is a secure platform that requires each person to have a dedicated user account before being granted access to a funeral home.
Have you been invited to Gather?
In order to access Gather, you must first be invited to a specific funeral home.
π« No, I have not been invited yet:
To help maintain data security, you will first need to be invited by someone at your funeral home.
For someone to invite you, they will need to navigate to the "My Team" page and click the "Invite new Team Member" button.
β Yes, I have already been invited:
If you were already invited, you should've received an email that looks like the one below. (You may need to check your junk folder if you don't see the invite).

Subject Line: Your Invitation to <Your Funeral Home>
The "Click to Get Started" button in the email will prompt you to create a password, and you will automatically be logged in on that device.
You can then use your email and password to log in on any device.
π If you add your "Primary Phone Number" from your account settings screen, you will then be able to log in via your email or phone number (see below):
ποΈ For convenience, once logged into Gather on a device, you will remain logged in until you manually log out.
If I have an account, how do I log in?
If you have already created your secure account in Gather, you can simply go to the following link to access your account: https://my.gather.app/login
What if I am taken into someone else's account?
If a coworker used your computer to access Gather and didn't log out, clicking the login link will take you to their account. In this case, you will need to log out and then log in to your account:
Click the circular icon picture in the top-right of Gather
Click the "My Settings" on the top-left of the mega menu calendar popper
Click the "Log out on this device" button
From here, you can enter your credentials to gain access to your account.
π If you are using a shared computer, it is best to log out after each use to avoid someone gaining access to your account.
