1) Navigate to Your Loved One's Remember Page
Our hearts are with you during this difficult time - thank you for allowing our team to serve you. Your funeral home created a unique Remember Page to help honor and preserve memories and moments of your loved one's life:
Go to your loved one's Remember Page provided by your funeral home.
Scroll to the section labeled "Remember Book".
Helpful Tip: Your loved one's Remember Page lives forever — you can add as many photos and memories as you'd like. Family members and friends must create a secure login to preserve photos and memories on your loved one's Remember Page.
2) Scroll Down and Click on 'Customize' or 'View Book'
Once you've navigated to the Remember Book section on your loved one's Remember Page, be sure to do the following:
Hover the book preview and click 'Customize' or the 'View Book' button below.
Click the 'Design Book Cover' button at the bottom of the next screen.
3) Design The Cover and Select an Artwork Theme
Next, you'll be able to customize and design your loved one's Remember Book:
To preview the book's cover, select between the 'Front', 'Spine', and 'Back' tabs.
You can select between a single photo or a collage for the front cover.
Below the cover preview, select an artwork style or theme you'd like to apply to your loved one's Remember Book.
Once satisfied with the cover and artwork, click 'Next' at the bottom of the page.
Helpful Tip: if you'd like to navigate back to your loved one's Remember Page from this area, click on the back arrow in the top left corner of the page.
4) Upload or Add Photos to Your Book Design
Next, you'll be prompted to select or upload photos to your loved one's Remember Book design:
Upload new photos to your loved one's Remember Book design by clicking the 'Upload New' button.
Select the photos you want to include in your loved one's Remember Book.
Click 'Next' to proceed with the next phase of your book design.
Important: You'll need to upload at least 20 photos to ensure a high-quality design and proceed with ordering your loved one's Remember Book.
Helpful Tip: We recommend waiting 7-10 days after services have concluded to order a copy of your loved one's Remember Book, as there may be photo or memory contributions from other family members and friends that you'd like to include in your personal design.
5) Add Memories to Your Book Design
Next, you'll be prompted to select or upload memories to your loved one's Remember Book design:
Select the memories you want to include in your loved one's Remember Book.
Click 'Next' to finish your customizations and preview your book design.
Helpful Tip: We recommend you review every memory before proceeding to the next step in ordering your loved one's Remember Book. If you'd like to add additional memories, we recommend opening your loved one's Remember Page in a separate tab.
6) Preview Your Final Remember Book Design
After you've finished customizing your loved one's Remember Book, you're ready to preview the final design:
Scroll down the page to preview the final book design, including the book cover and the internal pages.
If you need to remove any photos, remove any memories, or change the artwork theme, you will need to click the back arrow in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
Click 'Next' to order your loved one's Remember Book.
Helpful Tip: If you click your funeral home's logo in the top right-hand corner of the preview page, you can find your funeral home's contact information or revisit their website. Please note that doing so will cause you to lose all of your progress with your existing Remember Book design.
7) Order Your Loved One's Remember Book
If you're satisfied with the preview of your loved one's Remember Book design, you're officially ready to place your order:
Specify the number of copies you'd like to order in the 'Quantity' box.
Enter your shipping information and your email address to receive an order confirmation email.
Enter your preferred payment method for your order.
Click 'Pay'.
