Rather than logging into a separate website system and trying to figure out how to make the change without breaking anything, you can instead submit a quick ticket straight from Gather in just a few seconds as shown below:
This will pull up the chat widget where you will see a button that looks like this. Once you click this, it will walk you through a quick form where you can simply type out the tweak that you need to make.
What happens when I submit a ticket? 🎟️
Once you fill out the quick form, your ticket will be submitted to our team of experts.
You will then be able to view multiple updates throughout the process. You will also receive a notification once the ticket has been completed.
You can even quickly view the progress of any previous requests directly in the chat widget by clicking on "Messages" as shown below.
Can't I just email you guys what I need? 📩
We are always happy to respond to emails; however, following this process will ensure that we get your ticket done as quickly as possible and that we don't miss any important details.
