In addition to amazing support from our team, your KeepTrack Certification course will help you and your team learn quickly in a fun, interactive way so that everyone is on the same page.

Let's walk through how it works:

From the WhiteBoard page, simply click on the "Learn" button in the bottom-right corner to access your Certification Checklists at any time.

We have created a series of checklists that are built right into Gather to help you learn by doing. Each Checklist will walk through a series of articles (just like this one), videos, FAQs, quizzes, interactive product tours, and more.

From anywhere in Gather, you can click the chat icon, then click the "Tasks" button on the bottom of the chat widget as shown below:

Your progress is saved to your profile directly in Gather, so if you need to leave and come back - no worries! You can pick up right where you left off. Simply click the "Learn" button from your WhiteBoard to pick it up anytime.

⏱️ It’s helpful to set a reminder on your phone every few days to spend some time working through the lessons.

The onboarding process is just over two weeks. We encourage you to find time to complete this course within that timeframe and communicate regularly with your Account Manager while they’re getting everything ready for you to hit the ground running!

The course was designed to be learned in bite-sized pieces, so feel free to use your phone to walk through the different modules — 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there.

We recommend going through the course on a larger screen and using your phone at the same time to practice on multiple devices.
