KeepTrack™ uses the power of QR codes to quickly and securely get you exactly where you need to go in Gather. There are two simple ways to access the case so you can track the step you’re working on for the decedent.

It’s important for each team member to have their own profile set up in Gather. With each person logged in on their device, every step can be traced back to a specific individual — increasing accountability and helping to protect everyone. Anything changed is automatically saved to the cloud to be up-to-date so that everyone stays on the same page and knows what has been done, eliminating costly errors.

From any smart device, simply open the camera and point it at the KeepTrack™ QR code. When the wristband is secured on the decedent, you can see why it’s helpful to have the ability to use your wireless devices. Once your camera recognizes the KeepTrack™ QR code, click on the yellow link, and you will be taken directly to the Tracking page for this decedent.

This works on any newer device (Android, tablet, iPhone, iPad, etc.). You don’t need to download an app — simply click the link. Once you are securely logged in, we will remember your credentials on this device so that you never need to log in again, saving you precious time.

This will initiate the same flow as if you had used your device’s camera. From the Dashboard or Whiteboard, find the decedent’s name and click their name or profile photo to open the case. Access the Tracking page by clicking any of the three buttons shown below:
