Upload a Case Profile Photo (optional)

This is a great time to add a profile photo if you’ve received one from the family. This will be the identifying photo for the case in Gather, the KeepTrack™ sticker, and the public Remember page. If you don’t have one at this time, the KeepTrack™ sticker will show their initials.

To add the Profile Photo, on the Organize page, click on the initials at the top center of the page. Upload their photo from your device, zoom in or out to adjust it, and save changes.

To the Tracking page

Do you remember the three ways you can get to the Tracking page from the Organize page?

You’re going to use the Tracking page a lot! Each action is added to the timeline, timestamped for a quick glance at what has been done and what still needs to be done. Completed Tasks are outlined in solid green lines while incomplete Tasks are in gray dotted lines.

Click to Print Stickers 🖨️

From the tracking page on the case, scroll to the bottom of the timeline of actions and you will see a button that says "Click to Print QR Stickers" as shown below:

Confirm the case details

This popup shows you the preview of the KeepTrack™ sticker before it will print so you can verify it’s the correct case you’re working on. On the left of the KeepTrack™ sticker is the 7-digit code, in the center is their name and profile photo next to the QR code, and on the right is the assigned funeral director and case number. Click on ‘Next Step' when you’re ready.

Notice you have a few different options of which Avery label to use.

Select the quantity

Determine how many KeepTrack™ stickers you need, using the plus and minus buttons to update the count. The page sets the default location to the top left, but you can move the starting point! This feature allows you to use up all the stickers on the label page! Click on the label you want the KeepTrack™ stickers to start printing from. This example will print 2 KeepTrack™ Stickers in the second column, starting on the second row. When you are ready to print, generate the PDF. It will automatically download to your device.

Print the KeepTrack™ Sticker

Don’t forget to load your Avery 5160 label paper into the printer before printing the PDF. Also, check that your printer settings are set up correctly.

Add the KeepTrack™ to the band

Remove the KeepTrack™ sticker from the printer and place it onto the plastic wristband, with the 7-digit code on the left side, closest to the locking snap.

If you ordered the wristbands from the link we shared with you, make sure you apply the protective layer on top of the KeepTrack™sticker to make it waterproof.

  1. Hold the protective layer to the left, away from the wristband.

  2. Place the KeepTrack™ sticker onto the wristband, aligning the 7-digit code to the left edge of the protective layer.

  3. Remove the paper from the transparent layer to reveal the sticky side.

  4. Press it firmly to seal and protect the KeepTrack™ sticker.

Secure the KeepTrack™ to the Decedent

Wrap the wristband around the wrist or ankle of the decedent and press the snap together, locking the wristband. You can fold back the tail of the wristband before you secure the locking snap. This keeps the excess from covering the KeepTrack™ sticker to ensure quick scanning.

Tip: If you need to make the band larger, you can connect two of the plastic bands together.
