Click your backend menu in the top left-hand corner, then select 'My Websites'.

Find the website you'd like to update, and select 'Edit'.

Click the 'More' tab on your left-hand toolbar from within SiteStudio.

Select 'Personalization' under the 'Engage and Sell' menu.

Select 'Add Rule', click 'Top Bar Message', then select 'Next'.

For your trigger, select 'Visits Based on Specific Conditions'. Select and specify the 'Timing' section to designate when you'd like this announcement bar to display on your website, and for how long.

Next, you'll specify the action. Select 'Show Top Bar Message' (or popup if preferred), and type directly into the text editor to write your message, edit the background color of your message, and more. Click 'Next' when finished.

Select which pages you'd like to display the announcement bar on and when you'd like the announcement bar to display. Scroll down and click 'Preview' to preview your drafted announcement bar for your website. Click 'Next'.

Lastly, enter a name for your new message and/or rule, and toggle whether you'd like the message to only display once. Once ready, click 'Activate' and your announcement bar is ready to display on your funeral home website!
