Step 1: Navigate to Your GoDaddy Account

First, navigate to your GoDaddy login portal and sign in to your GoDaddy account, where your website domain and DNS access are located.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Delegate Access Page

Next, you'll need to navigate to your delegate access page in your GoDaddy account. Delegates may open and use your products, but they can't view or change account information like your payment methods and passwords.

  1. Once logged into your account, click on your profile and select 'Account Settings'.

  2. Next, hover over your 'Account Settings' tab and click 'Delegate Access'.

  3. Lastly, click 'Invite to Access' to enter the invitation menu for delegate access.

Step 3: Invite The Gather Team to Access

Finally, we need to complete the invitations for delegate access.

  1. Enter the Name and Email Address of the person you're inviting. In this instance, it will be Gather's website project manager.

  2. Select one of the access levels. If you're unsure what this means, read GoDaddy's explanation of access levels.

    select access level

  3. Select 'Invite'. GoDaddy will send Gather's team an email invitation to access your account. Once we accept, you should receive a notification from GoDaddy.
