First, open Gather, and navigate to the tracking page of the decedent for which you want to print a label. Scroll all the way down and look for the button that says Print QR Tracking Sticker. Press this to print:
If you are on a mobile device or a Safari browser: The label will open in a new tab. From this new tab click "Print"
If you are on a desktop or laptop using Chrome: A print dialog should appear over Gather.
In your print dialog, select that you want to print from the Brother QL-810W printer.
If you are on an Android mobile phone, you may not see this printer option. Please download the Brother iPrint&Label app from the app store and return to this print dialog. You should see it in your list of options now.
If you see the error "Print Driver is Unavailable" please try downloading the driver for your OS version:
Ensure your print/paper orientation is set to Landscape.
Ensure the paper size is 29mm x 62mm (or 2.4x1.1 inches). If not, open the dropdown labeled Paper Size. Here, you will select the 29mm x 62mm option. This option may appear on the top of the list as the Loaded Paper.
Print the label by clicking Print in the print dialog
