Introducing a flexible, affordable option for tracking decedants! These printed KeepTrack™ labels allow for even more efficiency and increase the amount of accountability you can provide for all involved especially for the families of the loved ones entrusted to your care.

To get started, you'll need to purchase a label printer that can print PDFs. We recommend the Brother QL-810W printer for printing KeepTrack stickers, which can be purchased here. We also recommend these labels to print on. We recommend purchasing these armbands to add the labels to. You'll stick the printed label on the armband and then fasten the armband on the decedant you want to track!

This label printer is compatible with most popular devices: iPhone, Androids, and your desktop or laptop computers! Additionally, this printer does not require ink since it uses lasers inside the printer to create the label.

After you receive the printer, you can set them up yourself and begin printing with them in less than 10 minutes! If you would like to set up the printers to be used by multiple team members or devices in an area with a consistent wifi network (like an office, funeral home, or crematory) you will follow these set-up instructions. After the initial set-up, your team can print wirelessly to the printer over your facility's Wi-Fi network. If you would like to use the printers in an area without a consistent Wi-Fi network (like on the road, or for off-site visits) you can connect to the printers using a mobile device with cellular data!
