We are excited to provide an integration with Messenger that will allow you to export data directly out of your Gather account and into Messenger's "Make It! Personal" product! Let's take a look at the quick steps of how this works.
Export Data from Gather
Log into your Gather account and navigate to your Main Dashboard.
Locate the case that you would like to export data from, and click on the 3 dot menu in the top right of the case card.
3. Here you will now see the option to click on "Export to Messenger", and that will prompt a new window pop-up. This will explain the exact fields that will be exported from the case, and then imported into Messenger app. Click on the "Export Data" button to continue.
4. This will automatically save an .xml data file to your computer and take you to the next screen for further instruction.
Import Data into Messenger
Follow steps 1-3 to log into your Messenger account and upload the file you just exported from Gather. You will find this file under your Downloads on your computer.
