Your Zebra printer should already come from the Gather HQ positioned perfectly for KeepTrack™ Labels. But there are instances where the positioning gets messed up and you need to re-do it.

Your printer is equipped with auto-positioning. Please press and hold the Pause and X buttons on your printer to auto-position the print alignment. This will feed a few labels from your printer. After the labels have fed, please print a test label from Gather.

If the alignment still needs to be corrected after the auto-positioning please navigate to our print configuring page. This page will re-position whatever printer is selected as the Default Printer in the Browser Print Settings.

Opening this page you will see sliders like this:

Adjust the Top Shift to a negative number to shift the label up, and adjust it to a positive number to shift the label down.

Adjust the Left Shift to a negative number to shift the label to the right, and adjust it to a positive number to shift the label to the left.

We typically recommend leaving the darkness at 15 but feel free to adjust up or down depending on your preferences.

Click "Send CMDS" to send these new settings to the printer. Please wait 5 seconds and then click "Print Sample Label".

Repeat this process until the label is aligned to your liking.

Once you have settings that you like please bookmark the current URL. This will save the page with the current configurations so that if you ever need to re-position it in the future you can just click "Send CMDS" on this page to get back to the positioning that you like.
