Gather's LiveStream solution comes with an SD card option that can record the video in case you run into poor internet, but there are a few important things to remember to ensure the recording works properly.

⚠️ ⚠️ If the SD Card is full, it will NOT record. ⚠️ ⚠️

How do I check if the SD card is full?

  • Open the Mevo app on your iPad

  • Click the red start button on the bottom-left which will pull up this screen ⬇️

🅐 Click the SD Card icon on the left (only this icon should be highlighted)

🅑 Make sure you have enough space to record (If you run out of space, your recording will stop)

Once you are done checking the storage, make sure to:

  • Select the SD Card button

  • Select the RTMP button

You'll be ready to LiveStream and Record your next service with those two options selected.

You can then safely close this screen using the carrot button on the top-left.

How much storage does my SD card have?

Your SD card has about 70 hours of storage. If it is full, it will no longer record so you will want to remove items periodically to ensure you don't have any problems.

How do I make room on my SD Card?

You have two options to remove recordings from the SD Card:

1️⃣ From within the main screen of the Mevo app, you can click the three dots on the bottom-right and then click the play button on the bottom-left to access the video library where you can click the bottom-right button on each video to delete it.

2️⃣ Or you can take the SD card out of the camera, put it into the provided SD card reader, and then plug that into your computer or iPad. From there, you can then access the files to move or delete them.

Make sure you put the SD card back into the camera prior to the next service to ensure you can record.
