You can create a photo slideshow through Gather. After you invite Helpers to the case, assign them the task: Build Photo Slideshow. Helpers can add as many photos as they'd like and rearrange the order with the horizontal lines above each photo. When they mark the task as completed, you'll receive a notification that it's been completed. You can also assign the task: Upload Photos, which will add photos directly to the Remember page.
Download the photos from either task by clicking on the Memories icon. It will keep the photos in order, ready to be made into a memorial video.

Click on 'Share or Embed.'
Select the 'Copy' option or copy the link directly from the grey box. The Remember page reads URLs. You do not need to use the Embed Code.
Go to the Remember page and click on the Configure icon in the top right corner.
Move to the 'Extras' tab and choose the Tukios option.
Paste the memorial video's link in the field.
Click 'Save and Add to the Remember page.'
You can also add the video to the Remember page by scrolling to the Memorial Video section and clicking on the 'add video' icon.
