Photos placed into cover slots in the book editor are now automatically positioned to keep faces and key subjects in frame, rather than cropping into them. You can still reposition the photo by hand if you'd like a different framing.

Fixed an issue where a photo deleted from a case could still appear in the book preview if you had the book flow open in another tab. The photo list now refreshes when you move through the book flow, so the preview always reflects the current photos on the case.

Resolved a bug on the Statement Builder where packages couldn't be dragged up the list — some wouldn't move at all, and others would jump back to the bottom when released. Reordering packages now works smoothly in both directions.

Fixed a rare issue where the original payment ID and a refund payment ID could get swapped on the parent transaction record, which caused errors in payout reports. The relationship between payments and their refunds is now tracked correctly so payout reporting stays accurate.

Appending #remember-events to a Remember Page URL once again jumps the page to the Events section with that section expanded, both when navigating directly to the full URL and when adding the anchor after the page loads.

Soft email bounces (temporary delivery delays) and hard bounces (permanent delivery failures) are now treated differently in SendGrid. Recipients are no longer automatically unsubscribed after repeated soft bounces, which means legitimate subscribers stay subscribed through brief inbox hiccups.
