New date columns and filters in Gather Analytics
Statement Date is now available on the Case Non-Financial, Case Financial, Case Vitals, and Payments data sources.
Case Financial also gains Line Item Created On, Line Item Updated On, and Invoice Close Date; Payments gains Statement Created On and Invoice Close Date.
Each new date works as both a report column and a date-range filter, just like Case Death Date.
Choose the default share photo for Remember Pages
A new option in My Funeral Home ā Remember Page Default Settings lets you pick whether the cover photo or the profile photo is used as the preview image when a Remember Page link is shared on Facebook, by text, or by email.
The cover photo remains the default, so nothing changes unless you opt in, and a photo chosen on a specific case's Social tab still takes priority.
If the chosen photo isn't set, the page falls back through the other photos and finally your funeral home logo, so no page goes without a share image.
Facebook caches link previews, so links that were already shared may take time to show the new photo.
Clearer book preorder emails
Preorder emails no longer suggest the book can be changed after ordering.
The "Manage order" button now reads "Review your order."
Bug Fixes
Florist details missing from flower order receipts
At funeral homes using fill-or-kill flower orders, family members opening a flower order receipt saw no florist information at all.
The florist's name, phone, and address now display on the receipt.
Extra addresses on the Chain of Custody printout
Steps that don't involve a move ā like "KeepTrackā¢ Assigned" ā were printing the current location's address as if the step had happened there.
The address line now prints only on "Moved to" steps.
Case numbers with zero-padded counters stopped at 100
Case number templates using a zero-padded counter (like [00INC]) wrapped back to zero after 100 cases, causing duplicate case numbers and blocking new cases from being created.
The padding now acts as a minimum width, so numbering continues cleanly past the pad (e.g. LA2026-137).
Exact matches buried in dashboard case search
The dashboard case search matched similar-sounding names but still ordered results by date, so an exact name match could sit far down the list behind sound-alikes.
Results are now ranked by relevance ā exact matches first, then partial matches, then similar-sounding ones ā with the newest cases first within each group, the same way rolodex search already works.
Invite Helpers task showed the wrong count
The Invite Helpers task displayed the number of contributors (guest book signers, memory sharers) instead of invited helpers, and missed helpers invited by email or phone.
It now counts the same people as the helpers list and updates immediately when helpers are invited, removed, or accept.
Address edits no longer change your time zone
Editing your funeral home's address could silently switch the funeral home's time zone to the time zone of the person doing the editing.
The saved time zone now stays put, and only updates when the new address resolves to a different zone.
