How to Update Your Notification Preferences for Gather Website Forms

Follow these steps to stay in the know with all the forms submitted on your website: At-Need, Pre-Need and General Inquires.

Step 1: Ensure you are logged into Gather using the email address you want to edit the preferences for.

Step 2: Click your profile photo in the top right, which will open a pop-up.

Step 3: Open Settings then navigate to the third tab labeled "Notifications"

Step 4: Choose whether to be opted in or out for each form type: at-need inquires, pre-need inquires or general inquires (like contact forms).

Note: This is only applicable for Gather Site Studio websites.
