Provide Details for the Ticket
Fill out the form in the messenger box:
Include any relevant details that would help our design team understand your request (e.g., page URLs, specific text, or image changes).
Create the Ticket
Once all required information is provided, click Create Ticket:
Confirmation and Tracking
After submitting, you’ll receive a ticket summary and a ticket number:
Website Tweak Ticket Best Practices:
Follow-Up Timing: Check back on your ticket’s status after 48 hours, especially during the week. Any tickets submitted over the weekend will be worked on during the upcoming week.
Responding to Questions: Our design team may need additional information, so watch for updates and respond promptly!
