How to Submit a Website Tweak Ticket in Gather

Need a change made to your website? This article walks you through how to quickly submit a request directly to our Website team!

  1. Open the Website Tweak Ticket Tool in Gather

    • Click the three lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner.

    • Select Submit a Website Tweak Ticket from the dropdown menu:

  2. Provide Details for the Ticket

    • Fill out the form in the messenger box:

    • Include any relevant details that would help our design team understand your request (e.g., page URLs, specific text, or image changes).

  3. Create the Ticket

    • Once all required information is provided, click Create Ticket:

  4. Confirmation and Tracking

    • After submitting, you’ll receive a ticket summary and a ticket number:

    • To track your ticket’s progress:

      • Click the plus (+) sign in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.

      • Use the chat feature to view your pending tickets or to follow up.

      • You'll also receive email updates as your ticket progresses!

Website Tweak Ticket Best Practices:

  • Follow-Up Timing: Check back on your ticket’s status after 48 hours, especially during the week. Any tickets submitted over the weekend will be worked on during the upcoming week.

  • Responding to Questions: Our design team may need additional information, so watch for updates and respond promptly!
