- Open the Website Tweak Ticket Tool in Gather
- Provide Details for the Ticket- Fill out the form in the messenger box: 
 - Include any relevant details that would help our design team understand your request (e.g., page URLs, specific text, or image changes). 
 
- Create the Ticket- Once all required information is provided, click Create Ticket: 
 
- Confirmation and Tracking- After submitting, you’ll receive a ticket summary and a ticket number: 
 
Website Tweak Ticket Best Practices:
- Follow-Up Timing: Check back on your ticket’s status after 48 hours, especially during the week. Any tickets submitted over the weekend will be worked on during the upcoming week. 
- Responding to Questions: Our design team may need additional information, so watch for updates and respond promptly!
