Gather moderates visitors, memories, and photos as part of your subscription, so it's one less item for you to focus on. We check that nothing inappropriate or offensive is being shared to ensure the integrity and appearance of your Remember pages.
You can moderate memories at the case level, on the Organize page, or the funeral home level, on the Dashboard.
On the Organize page, click on the orange circle to open the moderation window. In this example, there are 5 items to moderate.
The Dashboard below shows a case with 19 memories, some of which are pending and awaiting moderation. You can click on the case card's orange Memories (19) section. This will take you to the moderation window on the case's Organize page.
You can also moderate memories for all cases from the Dashboard by clicking on the Memories tab, next to Packets. There are 10 items to moderate.
