Pre-Order Memorial Books
Families can now purchase a memorial book even before there are enough photos on the obituary page to generate one. The book is scheduled to print on an optimal future date, and any new photos uploaded between order and print are added automatically. Families receive check-in emails along the way and can manage their pre-order, edit the print date, or request a refund from a dedicated management page.
Why this matters for your families: captures purchase intent at the most meaningful moment, even when there isn't quite enough content yet.
Multi-Line International Addresses
The International tab in the manual address entry dialog now offers a structured multi-line mode with separate fields for street, city, province or region, postal code, and country. Addresses entered this way populate correctly on ESS forms and the Cremation Authorization Providence form, instead of coming through blank. The original single-line international entry is still available for cases where a block address is preferred.
Helpful to know: Canadian and other international addresses entered manually will now flow onto your forms exactly like US addresses do.
Notification Preferences in My Profile
Staff can now control which email notifications they receive directly from their profile. Flower and memorial book purchase emails can be set to all purchases, only cases you're assigned to or watching, or none at all. Funeral homes on Duda websites also get toggles for pre-need, at-need, and general website inquiry emails.
Why this matters: less inbox noise for staff who only want to hear about cases they're directly involved with.
More Accurate "Mapped" Indicators on Form Submissions
The form submission view now does a much better job of showing which fields from a website form were successfully mapped onto the case. Informant data that was already flowing into the case correctly will now show as mapped, instead of incorrectly appearing unmapped.
