Each workflow now has an optional "Supported Disposition Methods" setting where you can specify whether it's optimized for cremation, burial, or another disposition type. The setting lives just below the workflow details and uses a multi-select checkbox so you can pick more than one. This is groundwork for future AI-assisted workflow suggestions; for now the setting doesn't change any current behavior.

A new Obituary Subscribers page is available from the Manage Website Users area, showing everyone subscribed to a website's obituary notifications. The table lists each subscriber's name, email, subscribed time, opt-in time, opt-out time, and any delivery failure details, with options to resend an opt-in or delete a record. You can also invite new subscribers directly by email, and the page includes status indicators and clearer column sizing on mobile. Only Website Admins for that funeral home website see this page.

Visitors who subscribe to obituary notifications on a funeral home website are now opted in immediately, with no separate confirmation email required. They still receive a welcome email confirming their subscription, with a one-click unsubscribe in case it wasn't them.

The obituary notification emails sent to website subscribers now include a target link for memorial books, alongside the existing tree and flower store links. Subscribers can move straight from the email into purchasing a book for the family.

Deleting a photo from a case no longer fails when that photo was used in a memorial book. If someone tries to repurchase a book and any of its photos, memories, trees, or flowers have since been deleted, blocked, or hidden, Gather regenerates the book from scratch without the removed content. A dialog lets the purchaser know the book has been updated and asks them to review the pages before buying; original cover photos are preserved whenever possible. Legacy books created before this change will follow the same rule for photos only.

When generating an e-sign or in-person signature request, duplicate email addresses in the CC list are now automatically removed before the request is sent. This prevents errors that occurred when the case assignee and a case watcher shared an email address.

Gather now blocks you from sending a signature packet that includes two signers using the same email address. An error appears at send time so you can correct the signer list, preventing situations where the wrong person was recorded as the signer.

The Case Locations report no longer crashes when you add the "Is Any Of" operator to the Current Location filter. The filter input now appears as expected, so you can filter by multiple locations in a single report.

Product photos in tables throughout the app now display using "contain" sizing, so the full image is visible rather than being cropped to fill the cell. Product imagery looks more accurate in the Goods and Services area and other product lists.
