Care of Loved Ones in Optional Packaged Services (NJ Statements)
For funeral homes using the New Jersey statement configuration, you can now add Care of Loved Ones items directly into the Optional Packaged Services section of a statement. A dedicated button in that section makes it easy to pull in the right items alongside your existing packages.
Grammar Fix for Names Ending in "s"
Remember Page questions for loved ones whose names end in "s" now use the correct possessive form (for example, "Venus' favorite possession" instead of "Venus's favorite possession"). This update covers the remaining areas where the grammar appeared incorrectly.
Payer Invoice Now Viewable During Pending Insurance Payments
When a Gather Pay has a pending, unconfirmed insurance payment, the associated payer invoice button is no longer disabled. You can now open and view payer invoice details for that insurance company even while the payment is still pending confirmation.
